- GENERAL NOTES:

- Afterburner is a post-processor for Director movies that
- compresses and makes them ready for uploading to an HTTP
- server, from which they'll be available to Internet users.
- Movies compressed through Afterburner, use a .DCR extension
- to identify them.

- HTTP servers should set the MIME-Type for .DCR
- files to:
- application/x-director

- This release includes the developer beta version of
- Afterburner. It uses the final file format, the final
- generic compression, and the final file extension.
